President Joe Biden and his bizarre behavior continues on. An incident in the summer still has us a little creeped out.
This time the president appeared to view a little girl as a snack.
Back in the summer, he went up to the toddler and clapped his chompers together at her before he boarded Air Force One at Helsinki-Vantaan International Airport . The president was in Helsinki on his way home from the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The child appeared terrified as she pulled away from the president.
Summer Strangeness: Joe Biden Mocked on Twitter
“Joe Biden pretends to gobble up little girl before sniffing her in Finland,” Trump advisor Jason Miller tweeted.
“This has got to be Biden’s creepiest moment yet with a child,” Caleb Hull, a conservative operative, said of the footage. “All Biden has to do is not do this and he can’t,” he added in a separate tweet.
Donald Trump Jr. tweeted that the footage suggested that Biden, who has committed a number of gaffes and stumbled in public in the past month, “should be in a nursing home, not leading the free world.”
Pro-Trump activist Brigitte Gabriel used the opportunity to lambaste Joe Biden for not interacting with the one little girl who would probably love to have him play with her, Navy Joan Roberts.
The little girl has been forsaken by him and by her own father Hunter Biden.
“Creepy Joe Biden has no problem nibbling on a random child not related to him, but he won’t even acknowledge the existence of his 7th grandchild. What a monster,” Gabriel wrote.
Irish talk show host Niall Boylan expressed disgust and called on Biden’s defenders to stop carrying his water.
“If he’s not not sniffing children he’s nibbling on them. The kid is clearly terrified as Biden nibbles her and I don’t know what he’s trying to do when the child pulls away. At what point are people going to realise he’s not behaving appropriately,” Boylan tweeted.
Joe Biden and His History of Inappropriate Behavior
It’s part of a pattern.
The 80-year-old president has a history of bizarre behavior, from sniffing women’s hair to kissing his own granddaughter, Finnegan Biden, on the lips multiple times at campaign events in 2020.
Last Fall, Biden got too close for comfort to a young girl during a stop in Irvine, Calif.
“Now a very important thing I told my daughters and granddaughters – no serious guys until you’re 30!” he said to the young woman at an event.
Before that in 2021, Biden caused a stir when he spied a little girl during an appearance at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Va., and commented that she was attractive.
“I love those barrettes in your hair, man,” Biden said. “I tell you what, look at her, she looks like she’s 19 years old, sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed.”
During Biden’s time as vice president, he got a little too close to comfort to former Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s wife, Stephanie, during his 2015 swearing in.
He also kissed Sen. Chris Coons’ then 13-year-old daughter on the forehead that same year.
Joe Biden seems not to understand that certain behaviors are inappropriate.
