Hunter Biden Is In More Trouble Than Ever (So Is Joe Biden)

The visitor logs establish a closer personal relationship between the president and Hunter Biden’s business partners than was previously publicly known. Earlier this month the House Oversight and Accountability Committee disclosed records that showed that Walker, Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unnamed Biden received over $3 million from State Energy HK Limited. That company was closely linked with the CEFC Energy, which had close ties with Chinese military intelligence.

Obama White House Visitor Logs: Hunter Biden Business Partner Frequent Guest: Visitor logs from the Obama White House show that Hunter Biden’s business partner John “Rob” Robinson Walker made numerous visits while Joe Biden was vice president, a report by Fox News Digital said.

Hunter Biden and His Legal Problems Hit the White House

Walker’s wife, Betsy Massey Walker, served as a close aide to then Second Lady Jill Biden. Walker visited the White House twice in 2009, five times in 2011, four times in 2012, twice in 2013, and one time in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

The report says the visitor log shows that Walker met with White House staffer David Lane, who then served as President Barack Obama’s assistant and as a counselor to his chief of staff, on May 13, 2011. Fox News Digital notes that Hunter Biden invited Lane to his home for a BBQ two days earlier on May 11, 2011. A 2016 email written by Hunter Biden notes that Lane and Joe Biden were “very tight.”

Lane also had a relationship with Hunter Biden’s business partner, Eric Schwerin, who floated his name as a potential reference for Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP), an affiliate of Hunter Biden’s defunct Rosemont Seneca Partners, in 2012. Obama appointed Lane as the U.S. ambassador to U.N. agencies in Rome that same year. Schwerin asked if Lane’s name could be used to show potential clients the depth of their Washington connections, but acknowledged that including Lane might be problematic due to his ambassadorial role.

Schwerin and Hunter Biden likely knew Lane from their time working at the Department of Commerce during the late 1990s, while Lane was a Clinton administration official at the federal agency.

Fox News Digital notes that Walker attended a holiday reception at the White House in 2009, a reception at the Executive Office of the President (EOP) in December 2013, what Fox News assumed to have been Fourth of July celebrations on the South Lawn in July 2011 and 2014. A July 2011 visit appears to have been with Ashley Williams who has held multiple roles in the Obama and Biden administrations.

Walker attended a reception at Joe Biden’s vice presidential residence in October 2011, according to visitor logs.

More Problems Ahead for Team Biden

The visitor logs establish a closer personal relationship between the president and Hunter Biden’s business partners than was previously publicly known. Earlier this month the House Oversight and Accountability Committee disclosed records that showed that Walker, Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unnamed Biden received over $3 million from State Energy HK Limited. That company was closely linked with the CEFC Energy, which had close ties with Chinese military intelligence.

The president denied that the transactions had taken place, and Hunter Biden’s legal team accused committee chairman Rep. James Comer of rehashing old arguments and wrapping them up in “a wild and baseless right-wing conspiracy.”

“Hunter Biden, a private citizen with every right to pursue his own business endeavors, joined several business partners in seeking a joint venture with a privately-owned, legitimate energy company in China,” the spokesperson for Hunter Biden’s legal team told Fox News Digital. “As part of that joint venture, Hunter received his portion of good faith seed funds which he shared with his uncle, James Biden, and Hallie Biden, with whom he was involved with at the time, and sharing expenses.”

Was there influence peddling involved in these meetings beyond a shadow of a doubt? That remains to be decided.
