Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has been ordered by an Arkansas judge to appear in court on Monday.

Independence County Circuit Court judge Holly Meyer ordered Biden, and all parties involved with a paternity case, to appear in person.

Biden, who is the legal father of 32-year-old Lunden Roberts’ four-year-old child, Navy Joan Roberts, is accused of withholding evidence from the court and ignoring rulings for other courts throughout the long-fought paternity dispute.

Despite Biden’s claims that he is not the father of the child, who President Joe Biden himself also refuses to publicly acknowledge, a court ruled in November of 2019 that he is the child’s father after he was required to take a DNA test.

Judge Meyer ruled during a virtual hearing on Monday that both parents must appear before the court for “every” hearing she conducts.

“I will no longer allow us to excuse clients…because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points,” the judge said.

Hunter Biden is expected to be present at the hearing at 9am on Monday, May 1. It follows accusations from Roberts’ lawyers that the president’s son is “playing games” and should be incarcerated or sanctioned if he does not provide financial records demanded by the courts.

Roberts’ lawyers also noted that Biden has yet to appear once before the courts since the paternity case began.

The identity of Biden’s secret love child was shared by the Daily Mail in 2020. The report revealed that Navy Joan Roberts is “happily growing up surrounded by a large, loving family” and is “blissfully unaware” of her connection to the political world.

A photograph of the child was shared on Facebook when she turned two by her auntie, Randi Jo, that same year.

Private investigator Dominic Casey revealed how he assisted Roberts in obtaining information about Hunter Biden’s finances, and that settlement discussions resulted in Biden paying out $2.5 million to help raise the child.

Throughout the entire process, however, Biden has refused to meet the child or have any contact with the family outside of the courts.

Now, Biden is fighting to reduce any further payments to the family.

In September, 2022, Hunter Biden’s lawyers asked Arkansas courts to recalculate alimony payments he makes to Roberts every month, citing a “substantial material change” to his financial situation.
