Nikki Haley Says Joe Biden to ‘Hand’ Presidency to Kamala Harris If He Wins in 2024

Kamala Harris has polled below 50 per cent approval throughout her time as Vice President, so while the prospect of her in the White House might not “chill” American voters, most of them would be disappointed at the prospect.

Haley’s ‘Chilling’ Kamala Harris Warning Amidst China Tensions – Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has raised concerns about the potential of a Kamala Harris presidency, especially in the context of escalating tensions with China.

During an episode of “Jesse Watters Primetime,” the famous host drew attention to Haley’s frequent mentions of Kamala Harris during her campaign stops, suggesting that Haley believes supporting President Joe Biden could ultimately pave the way for Harris to assume the role of commander-in-chief.

Haley did not mince words in expressing her apprehensions about a Harris presidency, stating, “Well, I think, first of all, I was speaking a hard truth that we all know Joe Biden thinks that he’s going to run and win this election and then he’s going to hand it off to a President Kamala Harris, which should scare all of us.”

Rising Tensions

Haley underscored the mounting tensions between the United States and China, citing the recent ASEAN summit as an example.

She emphasized China’s military actions in the South China Sea, where they seek to assert control over critical trade routes. Haley pointed out that countries like the Philippines and Malaysia oppose China’s actions in the region, anticipating potential conflicts.

“So this is where China is going to browbeat those countries. And this is where America is supposed to go and be strong against China and have the backs of those countries trying to fight back. Do you honestly think Kamala Harris is going to go do that?” Haley questioned.

Haley also expressed doubts about President Biden’s understanding of the significance of the rivalry between the United States and China, suggesting that his decision to send Harris to the ASEAN summit reflected this misunderstanding.

“This is really me running against Kamala Harris for president. That’s who we’re looking at. That should send a chill up everyone’s spine,” Haley concluded.

As Haley’s campaign progresses, her concerns about the prospect of a Kamala Harris presidency and the challenges posed by China’s assertiveness highlight key issues in the 2024 election landscape.

Do Voters Agree on Kamala Harris?

Kamala Harris has polled below 50 per cent approval throughout her time as Vice President, so while the prospect of her in the White House might not “chill” American voters, most of them would be disappointed at the prospect.

Haley’s comments come in the wake of a recent Fox News poll, which indicated that 53% of likely voters within the GOP prefer Donald Trump as their candidate for the 2024 election, maintaining a substantial lead over other potential contenders like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Haley, while ranking fifth in the field, remains confident in her campaign’s prospects.

According to YouGov US, Haley is known by 77% of US adults, liked by 33%. A further 18% expressed neutrality towards her, while 27% cited outright dislike. IN other words, she has a lot of room to grow.

Following last Wednesday’s GOP Presidential debate, just 7% of viewers told a J.L. Partners poll for DailyMail.com that the former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley had emerged victorious.
