The Biden Family is at the epicenter of political controversy. A series of scandals has rocked the First Family, initially surrounding the years-old accusations that Hunter Biden was the front man for a Biden Family-wide international conspiracy to engage in wide-ranging influence-peddling.
The Biden Family has long denied these allegations—and their allies in the Democratic Party, the “mainstream” media, and even elements of the intelligence community (IC) have all towed the Biden line about these allegations—but now I would offer the opinion that evidence abounds that the Biden Family has been engaged in a massive cover-up.
House Republicans have been investigating the First Son and have compiled reams of possible evidence showing that he was, indeed, the face of a massive global, influence-peddling scheme that leveraged Joe Biden’s various positions in the federal government to earn huge payouts from unsavory foreign businesses and governments.
In exchange for what looks like exclusive access to Biden, while he was purportedly a public servant, every mainline member of the Biden Family gained massive profits.
A host of witnesses have come forward at various points over the last four years, some of them under oath, to document how the Biden Family not only engaged in criminality but how they attempted to hide that behavior from authorities. What’s more, in the case of two IRS whistleblowers, evidence suggests that the federal authorities did their best to help the Biden Family engage in its massive cover-up of their alleged misdeeds.
Joe Biden’s Lies
Since the start of the accusations against Hunter Biden, along with the evidence that key members of the Biden Family financially benefited from Hunter’s international business, Democrats have maintained that President Biden has not known about his son’s activities, nor has he partaken in them.
Joe Biden himself has emphatically told the press that was not involved with or aware of whatever his son was doing.
That lie can now be put to bed.
I would argue that a recent Politico story shows how Joe Biden has been caught in a dangerous lie that could prove to be dynamite for the House Republicans who are doggedly pursuing the Hunter Biden allegations as a means to impeach the forty-sixth president.
President Biden has previously denied that he had a dinner meeting with his son and a high-level executive with the Ukrainian natural gas giant, Burisma, at the posh Café Milano in Washington, D.C., in 2015.
Burisma was the firm upon which Hunter Biden sat on the board and served as an energy consultant – despite having no professional experience in the energy sector or personal interest. President Biden stringently denied his meeting ever took place at Café Milano.
That has since been proven to be a lie.
And Politico is the one reporting this. While the staggering 91 indictments against former President Donald J. Trump appear to barely be slowing him down, some of Trump’s legal problems seem to be withering under increased scrutiny.
Meanwhile, President Biden’s legal woes are only just beginning. Unlike Trump, who is the object of extreme enmity from the media and government agencies, Biden is venerated. Had Trump been accused of what Biden is being accused of—selling access to his office to foreign actors—Trump would probably be in jail already.
Democrats and Double-Standards
But since Biden is being accused, I would argue that the powers that be are protecting him. Even their protection, though, has limits … which is why Politico is the one beating on Biden for this egregious lie about not having met with his son and the Burisma executive in 2015 is so important here.
The elite may be turning on Biden.
This is an important event because the lie by Biden and his team indicates that they understand how awful this looks for them. Burisma and Hunter Biden’s time on the board there is the nucleus of the entire Biden scandal.
That Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s old business partner, has already testified under oath that Joe Biden routinely attended critical meetings with his son and individuals from foreign nations seeking to gain access to Joe Biden’s office—and how vociferously the Democrats obfuscated the truth about Archer’s sworn congressional testimony—only further shows how devastating these revelations are for Joe Biden.
Impeachment for Thee, But Not for Me
Whether the forty-sixth president is ultimately impeached is another matter entirely. The House GOP is divided and often runs scared, despite being in the majority. Still, it is enjoyable to see this evidence about Joe Biden get out to the public. Mainly because it is increasingly impossible to deny or obfuscate the truth about Joe Biden’s direct involvement with his son’s allegedly illicit international escapades.
The House GOP really needs to impeach President Biden. Sooner rather than later. The evidence is there for all to see. Sadly, many don’t want to see it. And in the wings, as a failsafe, is California’s Democratic Party Governor Gavin Newsom, who has already been billed as the next likely Democratic Party presidential candidate and who cut quite a rug in China recently. Should it all come crumbling down around President Biden (as it should), one can expect that Newsom will be ushered in as the replacement for Biden.
