Hunter Biden Has One Thing He Doesn’t Want You To Know

In a new development, the judge in the case has ordered Hunter Biden’s financial records related to his ability to make payments sealed from public view. This is a legal win for Hunter who wants to shield the amount of financial assets he has and the exact sum of money he has made from selling his art.

How much money does Hunter Biden have from his ‘activities’? A little-known aspect of Hunter Biden’s legal saga is a paternity case involving a daughter he shares with a woman in Arkansas. President Joe Biden’s son is trying to lower the payments of child support he provides to Lunden Roberts and their four-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts.

In a new development, the judge in the case has ordered Hunter Biden’s financial records related to his ability to make payments sealed from public view. This is a legal win for Hunter who wants to shield the amount of financial assets he has and the exact sum of money he has made from selling his art.

Judge Rules in Hunter’s Favor

Arkansas Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ruled April 3 in the case that all of the information related to the case be sealed. This will keep journalists from knowing Hunter’s financial assets and other details about his estranged family.

Investigators Would Love to Know How Much Money Hunter Has

Hunter Biden is already under federal investigation about his taxes and allegedly lying on a form when he purchased a handgun.

Also, the U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee is probing a Chinese firm’s payments to one of Hunter’s business associates that was then disbursed to the president’s son and two other family members.

Congressional investigators would love to be able to see the amount of financial assets that Hunter Biden has to help determine how he has profited from alleged monetary gain that could be improper.

Judge Meyer ruled that only attorneys or expert witnesses would see Hunter’s financial records. The judge knows that Hunter’s bank account size and amount of money that he has made selling paintings is interesting to other parties, especially the media and other investigators.

Some High-Priced Art

Hunter Biden has priced his paintings as high as $225,000 in a prior showing at one gallery last year. He and his legal team have refused to reveal any profits from the proceeds of his paintings. Hunter has claimed he had a “material change” in his financial situation that would necessitate a reduced level of annual income.

“There is good cause for the protection of private information of the parties in this cause,” Meyers wrote. The court has no concern for the political nature or aspects surrounding this case.”

Meyers added that the case before the court only concerns child support payments and nothing else.

Hunter Is Not Making the Big Bucks, He Claims

Biden has tried to lower his child support payments because of his reduced level of income.

This leads one to believe that he has may have already spent any alleged largesse from business dealings with the Chinese firm and that he now depends only on income from his artwork. The current amount he is paying to Lunden Roberts is unknown.

Robert’s lawyer in the case has also filed a motion to change her daughter’s last name to Biden. Hunter apparently believes this would help the girl because the Biden name is “now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute and politically powerful,” the motion read.

Hunter has disagreed with this move. He believes that the four-year-old could make that decision when she becomes more mature.

Hunter Biden needed some good news about his legal situation. Keeping his financial records private will help him from the prying eyes of the media and congressional investigators who would enjoy nothing else than to see his assets to surmise whether he has a fat bank account and is indeed selling his expensive paintings.

Thus, moving to keep records sealed is a prudent legal strategy. Hunter Biden has every right to try and lower payments to his daughter, although it shows that he is less generous when it comes to supporting his offspring.
