Joe Biden Keeps Refusing to Acknowledge His Grandchild – White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked this week about a New York Times report on President Joe Biden’s four-year-old granddaughter, Navy Joan Roberts – and she refused to acknowledge the child’s existence.
When asked about the child, who was proven to be the daughter of Hunter Biden in a court of law, Jean-Pierre declined an opportunity to confirm that President Joe Biden belives Roberts is his grandchild.
“There was a story in The New York Times over the weekend about Hunter Biden’s daughter in Arkansas. Does the president acknowledge this little girl as his granddaughter?” a reporter from the Wall Street Journal asked.
Jean-Pierre refused to answer the question, stating only that she did not have “anything to share.”
Joe Biden Won’t Say Anything…
It’s not the first time that the president has refused to acknowledge the child.
In December 2021, photographs showed how the Biden family decorated the State Dining Room in the White House with stockings.
There were six stockings in total hanging over the fireplace, each assigned to one of the president’s grandchildren. Notably, his seventh grandchild Navy Joan Roberts was not included.
The president’s seventh granddaughter is the love child of his son, Hunter Biden, and former stripper Lunden Roberts, from Arkansas.
White House Official Instructed to Ignore Roberts
Among the revelations revealed by the New York Times is a claim that White House aides have been repeatedly told that the president and his wife only have six grandchildren, and not seven.
Two sources familiar with the matter told the newspaper that the White House has briefed aides on the issue during strategy meetings, indicating that the president is very much aware of the Roberts case.
The Bidens may, then, not believe that Roberts is genuinely the child of Hunter Biden. However, in settling a child support case in the Arkansas courts last week, Hunter Biden agreed to give his daughter some of his artwork in exchange for the child’s mother agreeing to withdraw her efforts to change the child’s surname to “Biden.”
President Biden has so far handled the Navy Roberts scandal in much the same way he handled his son’s drug addiction, alleged criminal activity, and the embarrassing release of thousands of damning videos, photographs, and personal messages showing the president’s son having sex with prostitutes, using illegal drugs, and making questionable business deals. That is to say that the president has so far ignored the story entirely.
Should the matter come up in the 2024 presidential debates, however – and it likely will – we might expect him to do what he did when forced to address his son’s other scandals and falsely claim the story is Russian propaganda.
