Kamala Harris Is Going ‘Word Salad’ Crazy

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee didn’t mince words last week while discussing the “word salad” of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee didn’t mince words last week while discussing the “word salad” of Vice President Kamala Harris.

During an appearance on Fox News, Huckabee mocked Harris and her signature speaking style, which has been a routine source of mockery since she took office in January 2021.

The former Arkansas Republican governor, and father of current Governor Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, said, “The sad thing is our taxes are paying a speech writer to write that stuff for her. That’s what makes it sad.”

Huckabee appeared on “Hannity” with Tudor Dixon, the Republican nominee in last year’s gubernatorial race in Michigan. Dixon, who lost the race to incumbent Governor Gretchen Whitmer, added, “Her latest interviews have been softballs for her to be out there and look vice presidential.”

Why No Spotlight on Hunter Biden

Huckabee also appeared on Fox Business Channel’s “The Evening Edit” last Thursday, where he suggested that he believed there was no way that President Joe Biden could have been unaware of his son Hunter Biden’s business dealings, while he further suggested that Democrats and the media need to start paying attention to the story.

The former governor said the White House has tried to say that there is “nothing there” in the Hunter Biden investigation, and suggested, “Well, there is a lot there. There are bank records, there are whistleblowers, there are sworn affidavits and there are people coming forward.”

Huckabee Also Facing Backlash Over Climate Change Book

Even as Huckabee has accused the media of ignoring the Hunter Biden saga entirely, he has been in the spotlight for a children’s book he published.

Critics of the book, titled, “Kids Guide to the Truth About Climate Change” have accused him of spreading climate misinformation and noted that no experts in the field of climate science were listed as sources. While the book promotes recycling and energy conservation, it offers the view that climate has always changed and will continue to change, essentially dismissing any role that humans play.

“It’s propaganda,” Glenn Branch, deputy director of the National Center for Science Education (NCSE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting fact-based science education, including about evolution and climate change, told Inside Climate News. “It’s highly slanted with a clear ideological message, and it’s very unreliable as a guide to climate change for kids.”

The book on climate change is part of a series from The Kids Guide from Ever Bright Media, a book publishing company founded by the former governor. Other children’s books in the Huckabee series include “The Kids Guide to Socialism” and “The Kids Guide to Our One Nation Under God.”
