Dramatic Scenes Show Russian BMP-2s Getting Destroyed By Ukraine – Intense video footage shared on social media this week shows how a Russian infantry fighting vehicle was taken out by Ukrainian forces with just one shot.

The video shows the Russian vehicle traveling across a field next to a hedgerow.

Out of nowhere, Ukrainian fire takes out the tank and it immediately bursts into flames.

Panels immediately fly off of the vehicle and into the air, and one Russian soldier can be seen desperately trying to escape the vehicle.

The soldier appears out of the hatch on top of the vehicle and can be seen rolling onto the ground as the vehicle continues traveling forward.

Throughout the entire clip, which was recorded by an unmanned aerial vehicle, huge black craters can be seen scattered across the field. Snow is also visible in the video, indicating that the video was recorded either early this year or late in 2022.

It is one of many examples of Ukrainian forces taking out aging Russian tanks and infantry fighting vehicles on the battlefield.

Ukraine Uses BMP-2 To Fire At Russians In Bakhmut

Incredible video footage shared on Telegram shows how Ukrainians also use their soviet-era BMP-2s to defend against Russian forces.

The video shows a Ukrainian BMP-2 firing at a building from a close range. Russian soldiers are said to be inside of the building.

According to the original Telegram post, the video was recorded in the most northeasterly part of Bakhmut.

“The BMP-2 of the Defense Forces of Ukraine shoots up close a building with the sowered occupiers, on the northeastern outskirts of Bakhmut,” the post reads.

In the video, the BMP-2 can be seen moving along a road in a destroyed residential neighborhood. The fighting vehicle then moves extremely close to a building and begins firing, before turning around and leaving again.

The video was also shared by war analyst Rob Lee on Twitter. You can watch it here

Additional footage, which appears to have been recorded in the same town, shows a Ukrainian BMP-2 firing at other buildings in the town. In the video, the BMP-2 emerges from the bottom of the screen and aims directly at a building that appears to be less damaged than most of the properties in the same town.

According to social media users who shared the clip, the video purports to sho Ukrainian troops firing at Wagner mercenaries who were sheltering in the building.
