Hunter Biden Is One Hot Mess – Throughout the Trump Administration, the American people were assured by their self-styled elite in Washington, D.C., that “the walls were closing in!” around former President Donald J. Trump. Each time, Trump evaded whatever fate that his enemies had concocted for him—and that was with the full-throated effort by the various organs of the bureaucracy to expedite the investigations into and impugn the forty-fifth president.
Interestingly, it is Trump’s successor, Joe Biden, who appears involved in what looks like a massive criminal conspiracy—and his administration may be using its power to try to cover up Biden’s perfidy.
Hunter Biden: Carry On, My Wayward Son!
The key element here is Joe Biden’s wayward son, Hunter, who had served as the front man for what looks like the Biden family’s business: trading access to the US government in exchange gobs of money.
Now, to be clear, the Bidens, if this is proven true, are not the first to do this. It’s a time-honored practice in Washington, like throwing binders at your interns or having your high-end escort walk you around your posh hotel room on a leash while you bark like a dog. But, even within the depths of depravity of Washington, D.C., there’s a limit either to what can be covered up for long or what the American people will tolerate.
Hunter Biden’s numerous escapades have breached the limit of both.
The president’s son is accused of having been paid for jobs he was unqualified for (such as being a “natural gas consultant” for the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma). He opened doors for Chinese influence over his father throughout the years that Biden was the vice president. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has been caught red-handed (if you’ll pardon the multiple entendre) being in possession of boxes of unsecured classified materials from his time in government that were improperly stored in his Delaware home.
The same home where Hunter lived on-and-off for many years—and the same residence where it is believed that Hunter entertained foreign business associates (as well as where he engaged in his favorite pastime: snorting cocaine with wanton abandon).
Meanwhile, the Republicans in Congress are also doing some sniffing of their own—of the legal kind—into Hunter Biden.
No longer satisfied with the “leave my son alone!” mentality of Joe Biden and the Democrats in Washington, D.C.; upset with the apparent hypocrisy of the way that the media treated Hunter but doggedly pursued every aspect of Trump’s purported scandals while the dreaded Orange Man sat in the White House, the Republicans are following Hunter’s money. And this is where things get interesting (or harrowing, if you’re the president and his son).
The Anatomy of a Cover-Up
It is Joe Biden’s Department of the Treasury that is slow walking the Congressional Republicans’ multiple requests for what are known as “Suspicious Activities Reports” (SARs). These reports, if properly honored by the Treasury Department could be truly damning for Hunter Biden and the entire Biden Family “business” that has thrived for Washington, D.C., thanks to Joe Biden’s career as a “civil servant”.
According to Republican House Oversight Chairman James Comer of Kentucky, he had indicated to Treasury that he and his team were willing to view the requested documentation in a closed environment that would protect critical sources and methods. Despite this, Treasury still ignored a Congressional request. After much delay, Treasury finally responded to Comer’s repeated requests by explaining sharing any information with Comer and his committee would lead to an undue exposure of law enforcement sources and methods.
The Congressional Republicans are thankfully undeterred by this bureaucratic obfuscation. Recognizing the inherent dangers that Hunter Biden poses to the national security of this country (trading with rival nations, like China, or even allied nations, such as Ukraine, for access to the highest levels of our government in exchange for money is highly compromising).
Cover-Up Underway!
The delay and failure by Treasury Department to provide the requested SARs to Congress is another example of how a cover-up is afoot. Not only is there a governmental cover-up underway to protect the president and his family, but there is also a movement to diminish the important checks-and-balances that the United States Congress is constitutionally mandated to have over the executive branch.
Inevitably, the Treasury Department will have to submit to Congress’ will—especially if the Republicans enjoy an electoral victory in the 2024 Presidential Election. Once that happens, the truth will out. Hunter Biden may well indeed may have been proven to be one of the most pernicious and corrupt actors of our time; trading away every aspect of our national secrets and honor to our enemies in exchange for lots of money.
What’s more, our foreign policy has been shaped, in part, by these decisions as Joe Biden has likely comported his activities in office with the pressures that come along with accepting gobs of cash from foreign powers, like China or Ukraine.
Whatever roadblocks Biden throws up to stop the Republicans in Congress from getting to the truth will only delay things. Once the truth is outed, he and his family will have much to answer for.

That may even be what the Democrats who are weary of another Biden run for office may be hoping for: to force Biden out of the 2024 race by goosing the Republican investigation along. Either way, though, Hunter Biden has created a hot mess for himself and his family. His days are numbered. This is too large of a story and the Republicans will get their man, one way or the other.
All this happened because Joe Biden couldn’t keep his desires under wraps and he placed his unstable and unethical son in charge of satisfying the combined needs and wants of the Biden Family by trading their access to government for wealth. Foreign intelligence operatives, always seeking to gain leverage, may have been more than happy to oblige Hunter Biden. This is not just a case of a sad, drug-addicted person giving into their temptations. This is the story of the son of the most powerful man in the world crafting scheme after scheme to allow for foreign influence to come upon his father while he was in office—all for the personal enrichment of the Biden Family. There needs to be criminal action taken by the authorities against Hunter Biden and his father after the investigations conclude.
