Republicans sounded the alarm on Monday that Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, may be living in the White House – and that his father may be shielding him from being served legal papers.

The news comes as an Arkansas judge is demanding that the president’s son appear before the court, in person, on Monday as part of an ongoing child support case.

Where Is Hunter Biden?

Legislators expressed concern over a story published by the New York Post over the weekend, detailing reports that could suggest the White House has become home for Hunter Biden and his children. The story described how an “elaborate swing set” was spotted on the White House grounds and that “numerous sightings” over the last six months suggest that Hunter Biden has taken up full-time residence in the building.

If true, he wouldn’t be the first Biden family member to live at the property.

In November, 2022, The New York Times reported that Hunter’s eldest daughter, 28-year-old Naomi Biden, is living at the White House with her new husband, Peter Neal, after the pair were also married on the South Lawn.

Writing on Twitter on Monday, Republican Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn said that Hunter Biden “may be living at the White House right now to evade legal paperwork brought forth by a lawsuit against him.”

Republican Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson also speculated that, if the New York Post’s reporting is accurate – and the Post has a history of accurately reporting on Hunter Biden’s biggest scandals – then the Biden administration is obstructing justice.

“The address of the White House is well-known,” Johnson told Breitbart News. “They have plenty of staff to deliver any legal papers that need to be served on Hunter. If they don’t, it should be considered obstruction of justice.”

What Is Hunter Hiding From?

On top of an ongoing paternity case in the Arkansas courts, where Hunter Biden is expected to produce financial records to determine how much childcare support he should pay to a former lover and his unacknowledged child, the president’s son is also facing possible criminal changers.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers are expected to meet with U.S. Justice Department officials next week over an investigation into his foreign business dealings.

The meeting, requested by Biden’s lawyers, comes as Delaware’s US Attorney’s Office reportedly considers four criminal charges, including two misdemeanor counts of not filing taxes, a felony count for lying about his drug addiction when purchasing a gun, and an additional felony count of evading taxes
