Don Trump Jr. Is on Fire at CPAC 2023 – Donald Trump Jr. is one loyal son.
He is a fiery public speaker, and his skill was on display March 3 at the conservative meeting CPAC held outside Washington, DC. Trump Jr. has an online show named “Triggered with Don Jr.”
And he was definitely triggered at CPAC.
His dad is running for president again and it will be the younger Trump’s mission to make sure Trump Sr. makes it back to the White House in 2024.
No Stranger to CPAC
I saw Trump Jr. speak at a prior CPAC. He was on a panel with Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA and Kirk hardly had the opportunity to speak. The alpha male Trump Jr. dominated the discussion and claimed his father was one of the best presidents of all time.
Now Donald Trump Jr. was solely in the spotlight with his own speaking slot and the MAGA faithful were excited to hear from the former president’s son.
Trump Jr. Said His New Company Has Been Victimized
Trump Jr. has been in the headlines lately. He has launched a news aggregating app called MxM News that was designed to compete with Google News and Apple News. But MxM News had its account closed by PNC Bank.
“We created an app that aggregates news articles from the left and from the right. We now have zero in our operating account. There was $750,000 the day before. The bank said they will give us a cashier’s check and we closed out your account. PNC Bank. But I will show you both sides – New York Times and Breitbart. Think about what we are up against. A major U.S. bank was able to cancel us, and we did not even get a call. We are aggregating news and we show both sides of the story,” Trump Jr. said.
Support the Conservative Economy
Because of these difficulties, Donald Trump Jr. believes that it is important for conservatives to do businesses with conservative firms – in something he called the “patriot economy.”
He related a story that he went to a conservative restaurant the night before that was filled with CPAC speakers.
“We have an obligation to support conservative businesses. We have an obligation to support those business. Make [liberals] have pain in their wallets or they will cancel us.”
Republicans Need to Do Better at the Ballot Box
Trump Jr. also discussed how it was necessary for Republicans to compete harder with Democrats in the voting booth.
“If we don’t start doing the same thing Democrats do, we won’t win. We must ballot harvest, do ID checks, and same day voting. While we want all those things, we will never get them if we don’t play the game. They weaponized Covid to change the playing field. We have to play the game aggressively like they always do.”
Reign In the FBI
Trump Jr. is concerned that the FBI and the Department of Justice is being weaponized against Conservatives. He believes it is time for Americans to push back.
“The FBI is investigating practicing Catholics as domestic terrorists. Parents are not wanting their children being given sex change operations. The FBI is concerned mothers all the real threats. The FBI is monitoring grandmothers. We see the treatment of the January 6 prisoners. We see how the banks do this. We have to fight back. They tried to take out my father. They cannot do it to us if millions of Americans stand up for decency and our values.”
